Return Window

We accept returns only in limited circumstances. Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any issues.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Returns are not guaranteed and must be approved before being sent back.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@halorne.com within 3 days of delivery.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may void eligibility.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable:

  • Limited-run items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or use

International Orders

All international sales are final, except in cases of confirmed damage, defect, or incorrect item on arrival.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a return is approved, the original item must be returned and a new order placed separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, as required by law.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
